Hi, I’m Carolyn Vargas, founder of New Creation Life Coaching LLC. My path into Christian mental health coaching wasn’t a straight line, it was a winding road marked by adversity, grace, and transformation. I’ve lived through hard seasons. I’ve loved people through addiction, trauma, and mental health struggles. And I’ve wrestled with my own pain, learning to lean into the hope and healing that only Jesus Christ can offer.

It was in those raw moments, when life felt too heavy, that I began to understand the power of God’s presence. His Word became my anchor and my guiding light. His love became the lens I viewed myself, and others with. And His promise of a new life became the heartbeat of my calling.

I coach from a place of empathy, compassion, truth, and deep faith. I believe that healing is possible because I’ve seen it. I’ve lived it. And I’ve watched it unfold in the lives of those who believe that God is still in the business of restoration and transformation.
